Delivery Method - Live Instructor led or Classroom Course summary The 3-day BCS Foundation Certificate User Experience course addresses user experience practice in projects, product and software development. It is designed to ensure the candidate has suitable knowledge of the core concepts of User Experience (UX) and is aware of the most common tools, techniques and methods used in the field. The confidence boost that formal training can bring will also mean better employee output because they will need less direction and support to achieve success in their role. Who should attend? Anyone involved in the design and evaluation of user interfaces (interface designers, usability engineers, requirement engineers, product managers). Other usability professionals may also be interested, including IT managers, quality managers, development managers and business analysts. Course Tutors Our course tutors for both classroom and virtual courses are practicing business process improvement and user research professionals with at least 10 years training delivery experience.
