Objectives: At the end of the training, you will be able to: • Describe how a business strategy is developed • Apply strategic analysis techniques • Explain the need for project discipline • Investigate an organisation’s business systems • Use a stakeholder analysis technique for managing stakeholders • Use techniques for the analysis and conceptual modelling of business systems • Identify recommendations for business improvements • Identify costs, benefits, impacts, and risks to help building a business case Exams & Certification • 60 Minutes (Multiple Choice) • One hour closed book • Pass mark is 26 marks out of 40
