Course Style - Classroom Face-to-Face or Virtual Live Instructor-led About the course: The BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is an industry recognised qualification offered by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. To qualify for the Diploma you must pass four written exams and an oral exam. The four written exams consist of two core, one knowledge-based specialism and one practitioner specialism module. Course summary We offer the following modules in our public course schedule: CORE Requirements Engineering Business Analysis Practice KNOWLEDGE BASED SPECIALISM Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis PRACTITIONER SPECIALISM Modelling Business Processes We also offer the following modules for on-site delivery only: Knowledge Based Specialisms Foundation Certificate in Business Change Foundation Certificate in IS Project Management Foundation Certificate in BCS Organisational Behaviour Practitioner Specialism Benefits Management and Business Acceptance The oral exam Following successful completion of the four modular exams, delegates must also take an oral exam directly with the BCS to achieve the full diploma qualification. This is booked and paid for directly with the BCS – the current cost is £325. We also offer an optional oral exam preparation day to prepare delegates for this final exam. BCS Business Analysis Diploma Packages Our recommended route to the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is: Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis – this provides an introduction and overview of the other modules, followed by: Business Analysis Practice Requirements Engineering Modelling Business Processes The final three modules can be taken in any order but the above is our view of the natural order for attending the BCS BA diploma courses and sitting the exams.
