Typically delivered over 2 x consecutive days in person (Weekend), this course is ideal for individuals and organisations investing in practical training to increase project success rates. We can customise this course to align with your PPM Delivery Framework, governance and processes. The course content is based on the Association for Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge. We are also passionate about the practical application of best practices and our courses emphasise how you can apply APM best practices in real-world situations, from better planning, to team leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. APM Qualification A professional qualification from the chartered body for project management, the Association for Project Management (APM). Exam Success We make sure all candidates are well prepared for the exam, taken as part of the course on the final day. Delegates try practice questions as part of every topic and complete a full practice paper before sitting the 1 hour multiple choice exam.
